By using HypeDrive you agree to these terms. This page summarises the agreement between you and HypeDrive.

These terms cover account eligibility, acceptable use, campaign participation, payouts and fees, intellectual property, and termination. The full, legally binding version is provided during onboarding and on request.

Creators are responsible for the content they publish; brands are responsible for the accuracy of the campaigns they fund. HypeDrive operates the marketplace and the payment ledger that connects the two.
