Refund Policy

HypeDrive is a rebate marketplace — most payouts are cashback on purchases you make, not charges we bill you.

Creators are paid the agreed rebate or barter value once a campaign's requirements are met and approved. Approved earnings are credited to your wallet and withdrawn to your verified bank account or UPI; we don't deduct or claw back a settled, withdrawn payout.

Brands fund campaigns and pay platform invoices to run them. Wallet top-ups and unspent campaign budget are handled per the brand agreement; disputes over a specific enrollment are resolved through the in-app dispute flow before any reversal.
